In the recent iOS App update, Clubhouse has added a new instant text translation function. While the user is speaking, the content of the speech can be displayed, and even the speaker will be marked, which is convenient for people who cannot hear the sound or are deaf. However, if they speak at the same time, they cannot be accurately distinguished.

Clubhouse said that this feature currently supports 13 languages. What’s interesting is that they treat Cantonese and Yue Chinese as two languages, and the author has not yet tested the Cantonese translation function.
