Taraba, ⁣Nigeria ⁢- A schism within the global United Methodist Church has turned deadly in Nigeria, leaving three dead, including two young children, and several injured. The Global Methodist Church, which ⁢held its inaugural general conference earlier this ⁤year, was formed by churches breaking away from the United Methodist Church, a denomination with a important presence in the United States.
