After the anti-corruption management system ISO 37001 certification, the follow-up management audit is conducted every year to maintain and check the system operation. Last year, it passed the renewal audit conducted every three years and received ISO 37001 re-certification.
The Korea Standards Association’s follow-up management review consisted of an opening meeting, an interview with an anti-corruption officer, a process review, an on-site audit, and a closing meeting.
Dong-A ST’s strong will and leadership for anti-corruption, internal nurture of internal auditors and anti-corruption committee operation, communication with various stakeholders, system development of the Sustainability Management Office, the leading department, and operation of various CP-related websites, etc. It was evaluated as a strength and passed the follow-up management examination.
Currently, Dong-A ST is operating a high-level anti-corruption system centered on the Social Value Committee to create shared values that combine economic values with social values such as environmental protection and social contribution. The company conducts its own team-based monitoring and internal audit every year for all business sites, and the operation and compliance of the anti-corruption system are reflected in the personnel evaluation.
In addition, the CP electronic handbook that provides anti-corruption guidelines and policies necessary for due diligence, the whistleblowing system through the Korea Institute of Business Ethics and Management and the CP website for business associates for communication with business associates, the accounting monitoring system necessary for financial management, and non-financial management We are operating a CP management system necessary for enemy management.
