An obsession with TikTok has ruined the career of a famous plastic surgeon in Australia. Dr. Daniel Aronov, who has more than 13 million followers in Tiktok, got the job of eight. Many of us have a habit of looking at Facebook and tick tock from time to time at work and so on. Needless to say, if you have your own channel as well. We may occasionally open it to post new videos and find out how many likes we have received. Like this, Daniel also forgot that he was a doctor and spent most of his time in Tic Tac Toe.

Eventually his focus shifted to treating patients. One day he took a break during surgery and came out. Why? To post a dance video on Tick Tock. With this, the doctor was severely accused of stopping the surgery halfway to shoot tic-tac-toe videos. Several patients came forward with complaints. Finally, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA), now the governing body, has banned him from performing any kind of surgery.

Videos of Daniel’s surgeries were regularly posted on TikTok. He even shared videos that most people do not know about plastic surgery. But that day, instead of filming the surgery, he stopped halfway through and went to shoot his own dance. But he would occasionally take breaks from work to shoot short dance videos like this.

Although many turned a blind eye to it, a patient named Jackie could not bear it. She went to Daniel to remove the wrinkles on her face, leaving her in pain and a lump in her chin. In an interview with A Current Affair, the patient said that during Daniel’s surgery, he often picked up the phone and checked his videos. She said he had been doing this for years and was still angry that it was too late to take action against him. Another woman claimed that Daniel shared footage of her surgery without her consent.

Another patient complained that he had a lump in his stomach after Daniel’s liposuction. As soon as all these events came out AHPRA turned against Daniel. From now on he can only treat patients as a general practitioner, and that too only under strict supervision. They also ordered the removal of all content related to the surgery from his social media profiles.
