Despite facing leaks of an HD print and an OTT release announcement, “Jailer” continues to draw audiences, amassing a staggering total of Rs 640 crores globally. Just last Monday, the film brought in an additional 2.39 crores.

Adding to the excitement, another highly-anticipated film is set to make its mark at the box office. Shah Rukh Khan’s collaboration with Atlee, “Jawaan,” has already begun receiving impressive pre-booking numbers. Industry analysts predict the film to easily surpass the 100 crore mark on its opening day.

The release of “Jawaan” poses a considerable threat to Sunny Deol’s film, which continues to earn over two crores daily, even on its 25th day since release. “Gadar 2” made its grand entrance on August 11, closely followed by “Jailor” on August 10. The upcoming release of “Jawaan” on September 7, produced by Gauri Khan and Gauav Verma under the esteemed Red Chillies banner, features an ensemble cast including Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara alongside Shah Rukh Khan himself.
