Gwacheon Juam 84m² Close to 900 million ‘Best’
From the 1st of next month, the 3rd advance subscription for public housing sites in the metropolitan area such as Gyosan, Hanam, Gyeonggi, and apartments in the 3rd new city will start. The sale price is 60-80% of the surrounding market price, mostly around 300 million to 500 million won, but in popular areas it is close to 900 million won.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 17th that it will supply 4,167 homes through advance subscription in new housing sites in the metropolitan area, such as Gyosan in Hanam, Juam in Gwacheon, Houk in Siheung, and Hoecheon in Yangju. Starting from the announcement of the recruitment on the 18th, applications will be accepted from the 1st of the following month. Advance subscription is the pre-sale of some quantities 1-3 years before the main subscription process, and 14,435 units were supplied through the first and second advance subscriptions in July and October of this year.
In the Juam district of Gwacheon, which belongs to the living area of Seoul and attracts a lot of attention, a total of 1535 houses are available through advance subscription. The estimated sale price per 3.3m² is 24.86 million to 2.56 million won, the highest among the three new towns. The exclusive 84m² is 880 million won, which is close to the high-priced housing standard (900 million won), but only half of the surrounding market price. The exclusive 46-55 m² is priced at 490 million to 590 million won.
In the Gyosan district of Hanam, 1,056 houses will be released through advance subscription. The estimated sale price per 3.3m² is 18.55 million won, and the exclusive 51 to 59m² is 421 to 487 million won. In the Hoecheon district of Siheung, Gyeonggi and the Hoecheon district of Yangju, 751 and 825 houses will be released, respectively. The estimated sale price per 3.3m² is 11 to 12 million won, and the exclusive 55 to 59m² is 290 million to 310 million won. If the winner of the advance subscription wins the main subscription for another complex or purchases an existing house, he or she cannot move into the won house. Advance reservations can be made on the PC website.
