The Blue House said, “In Article 64 (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, ‘The National Assembly may examine the qualifications of members and may discipline members’, and in the same Article (3), ‘to expel a member of the National Assembly, two-thirds or more of the members of the National Assembly vote in favor of it’ “There must be a disciplinary action and expulsion of members of the National Assembly, respectively,” he replied.
