H2 INTERACTIVE (hereinafter referred to as H2 INTERACTIVE, CEO Heo Jun-ha) releases the Korean version of DON’T NOD’s action role-playing game “Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden” on PC and PS5 today (2nd). announced that it was officially released on February 14th.
The game is set in New Eden, a haunted frontier of North America in 1695. “Anthea Duarte” and “Red McRae” are ghost hunters called “Vanishers” who are sworn to protect people from the dangerous ghosts that roam it world. The two lovers fail miserably in their final mission, and Antea is mortally wounded and ultimately becomes the ghost she hated so much. The desperate journey of the two Exiles to free Antea from this twist of fate unfolds.
As the Exile, players must investigate the lives of New Eden’s settlers and solve cases involving ghosts in a mysterious and rich world full of supernatural beings and ancient secrets. Using your wits or combining Anthea’s spiritual power and Red’s weapons, you can defeat and banish the spirits that harass people.
Choices that have a huge impact on the direction of the story continue to unfold. Depending on the player’s choices, the colonists of New Eden can continue their lives or be reduced to wandering ghosts.
