[헤럴드경제=이명수 기자] Actor Lee Beom-soo and interpreter Lee Yun-jin, who were rumored to be divorced last year, are actually about to divorce.
According to Hankyung.com, Lee Beom-soo’s agency, Y1 Entertainment, said, “The two are in the midst of divorce mediation.”
Previously, it was reported that Lee Yun-jin had applied for divorce mediation against Lee Beom-soo and was going through divorce proceedings. In addition, rumors were raised that Lee Beom-soo and her son are currently living in Seoul, and Lee Yun-jin is living in Bali, Indonesia with her daughter, who is attending an international school.
Rumors of Lee Yoon-jin and Lee Beom-soo’s breakup also surfaced in December last year, and at the time, their agency said, “It is not a divorce,” but the news of their breakup was eventually confirmed three months later.
Beomsu Lee got married in 2003 but divorced five months later. Afterwards, in May 2010, overcoming the 14-year age gap, he married Lee Yun-jin and had one daughter and one son. Beomsoo Lee appeared on KBS 2TV’s ‘The Return of Superman’ and showed himself as a loving father by revealing his children. He also recently revealed that he immigrated to Bali.
However, at the end of last year, Lee Yun-jin posted a photo on her SNS with the phrase “My first chapter has ended” and tagged Lee Beom-soo’s SNS account, sparking rumors of a breakup.
