Democratic Party candidate Jae-myung Lee took part in the Newspaper Editors Association debate today and formulated his position on real estate taxation and housing supply.

First, he said that his promise, the land tenure tax, would eventually be consolidated because it could become a double burden with the existing tax.

On the second day of his visit to the TK region, Candidate Seok-Yeol Yoon, the People’s Strength candidate, visited Daegu, the political hometown of former President Park Geun-Hye.

Candidate Yoon, who led the investigation and arrest of former President Park, lowered her stance, saying, “We welcome Park’s amnesty,” and “I would like to visit him when his health is restored.”
