Microsoft (MS) has postponed the addition of artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot Copilot to its OneDrive cloud storage service from April 2024 to the summer.
Microsoft announced earlier this year that it plans to add support for the Co-Pilot generative AI feature to its OneDrive service by April. However, Microsoft revised the blog post and said it will be added this summer.
No specific date was mentioned and no reason was given for delaying the release. Microsoft added in a blog post that adding CoPilot to OneDrive will include more functionality for finding files.
Meanwhile, Microsoft is reportedly considering adding a feature that would allow users to import files from other cloud services into OneDrive.
