- Youth Triathlon:
- Age 6 – 8 years: Swim 75 meters / Cycle 2 kilometers / Run 1 kilometer
- Age 9 – 10 years: Swim 150 meters / Cycle 4 kilometers / Run 2 kilometers
- Age 11 – 12 years: Swim 150 meters / Cycle 6 kilometers / Run 3 kilometers
