The 6th Infantry division in El-Fashir reports that the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia is actively recruiting citizens. The RSFS alleged role involves enticing young men adn women from the city to the Garni area. This recruitment drive uses local carts under the guise of providing safe passage and humanitarian assistance, capitalizing on the city’s dire economic conditions.
