The 7th Festival of Biblical Arts in the Diocese of Great Britain

The President of the Diocese, Mar Joseph Srambical, expressed his gratitude for the gathering of the Diocese of Syro Malabar in Scunthorpe to celebrate and spread the word of Jesus at the inauguration of the National Biblical Art Festival. The event, held at Scunthorpe Frederick School, saw around 1,500 talented individuals from twelve regions competing in various art forms. This gathering also became an occasion for the Diocesan family reunion, as families came together to support the contestants in what is considered to be Europe’s largest arts festival.

Scunthorpe – The President of the Diocese, Mar Joseph Srambical, said it was a great proof of God’s mercy that the Great Britain family of the Diocese of Syro Malabar had gathered in Scunthorpe to experience and proclaim the word of Jesus. He was speaking on the occasion of the inauguration of the Diocese’s National Biblical Art Festival. Around 1,500 talents who won the arts festival in twelve regions competed in twelve locations at Scunthorpe Frederick School. The competition city also became the venue for the Diocesan family reunion as their families joined together to support the contestants in the Diocesan Biblical Arts Festival, which is considered to be Europe’s largest arts festival.
