Ajman: In Ajman, a 50% reduction has been announced for traffic offences. Offenses prior to November 11 will be exempt. The benefit was announced ahead of the UAE National Day celebrations.
In Ajman, a 50 percent discount will be available when paying the fine from the 21st of this month to the 6th of January. The benefit is implemented on the orders of Sheikh Ammar, Crown Prince of Ajman. For all offenses other than serious traffic, a fifty percent fine is sufficient.
The announcement was made by the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi. This exception applies to all traffic violations, black points and vehicle impoundments committed in the Emirate of Ajman. Exemption does not apply for offenses such as crossing a red signal, driving in a manner that endangers life and safety.
