ONE JARDINE’S LOOKOUT: A New Luxury Development in Happy Valley

International Emperor (00163) has announced the launch of its latest project, ONE JARDINE’S LOOKOUT, a luxury development in Happy Valley. The project offers 123 units, with the first price list featuring 50 units and an average discount price per square foot of approximately HK$17,904.

Market Outlook and Pricing Strategy

Yang Zhenglong, vice chairman of the group, stated that the pricing takes into account market affordability and is described as a “rising price.” The group aims to bring “mingsheng” properties to buyers, which are properties that are sure to rise in value. He believes that the recent interest rate cuts will boost the property market and expects the market outlook to improve.

The first batch of units includes 18 one-bedroom units, 11 two-bedroom units, and 21 three-bedroom units, with salable areas ranging from 231 to 559 square feet. The price list provides three payment plans, offering flexibility to potential buyers.
