With the number of days getting colder and colder, the season for hot drinks has arrived. JA Zennoh (National Agricultural Cooperative Federation) Public Relations Department introduces how to easily make royal milk tea on the official X (Twitter) account (@zennoh_food). The ability to easily brew a rich cup has been gaining traction.

“I would like to introduce Royal Milk Tea again this year.”

Royal milk tea is popular for its mellow, rich flavor made with plenty of milk. You might think that this drink originated in England, which is known as a great country for tea, but it is actually a drink invented in Japan.

Royal milk tea offered at specialty stores has a special aroma and taste, but you can also brew it at home. However, many people find it troublesome to boil tea leaves in a pot.

The department introduced an easy-to-make royal milk tea recipe with the opening line, “Since the mornings and evenings are getting a little cold, we would like to introduce you to royal milk tea this year as well.” The steps are explained in an easy-to-understand manner, with photos included.

1. Place a tea bag in a cup, pour some hot water and wait for 1 minute.
2. Pour milk into 1.
3. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute
4. Remove the tea bag and finish

If your tea bags have staples, it is dangerous to use them in the microwave. The post warns, “If the tea bag is stapled, try pouring warmed milk separately.”

The recipe, which the person in charge confidently described as “a mellow and rich royal milk tea with lots of milk,” received 34,000 likes.

Replies and quotation reposts include, “That’s so nice! It’s great to have a relaxing time with royal milk tea.” “The rich royal milk tea in the morning looks delicious.” “This is really delicious.” “Thanks to this, I’m enjoying the milk tea.” We have received comments such as “I have improved my standard of living.”
