Amazon Luna Free Games for April Revealed

Amazon has announced a lineup of 12 free PC games for April 2026 available through the Amazon Luna service. The offering continues the practice previously established under the Prime Gaming brand, providing Amazon Prime subscribers with titles they can claim and keep permanently.

Unlike subscription models such as Xbox Game Pass or PlayStation Plus, which grant access to titles only for the duration of a subscription, Amazon provides these games as codes. These codes are redeemed through external digital storefronts, including GOG, the Epic Games Store and Legacy Games, ensuring players retain access to the software even after a Prime subscription ends.

April 2026 Free Game Schedule

The free titles are released in weekly batches throughout the month. According to reporting from Video Games Chronicle and Insider Gaming, the schedule is as follows:

• Available as of April 3, 2026: XCOM: Enemy Unknown Complete Pack (GOG) and Total War: Pharaoh Dynasties (Epic Games Store).
• April 9, 2026: A Rat’s Quest: The Way Back Home (Epic Games Store) and King of Retail (GOG).
• April 16, 2026: Snake Core (GOG), Monster Harvest (Epic Games Store), and Detective Agency: Gray Tie Collector’s Edition (Legacy Games).
• April 23, 2026: Neo Cab (GOG) and The Pale Beyond (GOG).
• April 30, 2026: KinnikuNeko: Super Muscle Cat (Epic Games Store), Fantasy General (GOG), and Pinball Spire (GOG).

In addition to the April lineup, some titles from March 2026 remain available for claim, including Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep, Total War: Rome II, and Total War: Three Kingdoms.

Amazon Luna Service Integration

These free PC game claims are now integrated into the Amazon Luna service, which primarily focuses on cloud gaming. While the claimable PC games are redeemed on third-party stores, Luna also offers its own streaming capabilities.

Amazon Prime subscribers receive access to standard Luna subscriptions. For users seeking more content, premium subscriptions are available starting at $9.99 per month. The premium tier includes access to titles such as Dave the Diver, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and various Sonic the Hedgehog games.

Other titles currently available on the service include Tiny Tina’s Wonderland and Sid Meier’s Civilization 6.
