It maintains a dedicated team of 35 trainers, including renowned former Japanese players such as Zhang Zhide, Chen Fazhi, Xu Guoan, and Shun Guopei. The school offers a diverse range of interest classes, regular training sessions, and elite programs catering to different age groups. Additionally, they provide classes for the elderly and voluntary service programs designed specifically for children from low-income families. The school also participates in various leagues, including the FA B League, Youth League, and Women’s A League.

Boasting two stadiums of its own in Lam Tin and Kwun Tong, the Chelsea Football School (Hong Kong) has established its indoor stadium at Jia Hung Centre, 47 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong.
