According to the music industry on the 23rd, Hive secured Adore’s computer assets the day before and found at least three documents. It is known that the document is a work log written by Mr. And, closely related to Adore CEO Min Hee-jin, on the 23rd and 29th of last month.

In the work log written on the 23rd of last month, the intention was to put pressure on Hive to become independent, and in the document dated the 29th of last month, it was reported under the heading ‘Goal’, that content such as ‘Ultimate escape’ and ‘no one can touch us’ were written.

Specifically, according to Yonhap News, another document found by Hive during the audit the previous day is said to contain circumstances where CEO Min told the outside world, “Chairman Bang Si-hyuk copied me and create BTS.”

In addition, CEO Min is said to have said in a recent internal interview at Hive, “Islet has also copied New Genes, Tours has copied New Genes, and Rise has also copied New Genes.”

Hive’s audit team is known to have identified circumstances that led to the leaking of confidential contracts and the sale of Adore stocks held by Hive. Hive sent a letter to Adore asking for a general shareholders meeting to be called and the resignation of CEO Min Hee-jin. CEO Min is Adore’s second largest shareholder.

In response, CEO Min said, “The essence of this incident lies in the ‘Ailit’s New Genes copy incident,'” and claimed that the new Hive group, Aylit, is a clone of New Jeans, drawing public criticism.

In addition, Min’s CEO is noted to have focused in his statement on the Eyelet copy rather than on the suspicion of stealing management rights from Adore and putting New Genes members in trouble by saying, “We had discussions with New Genes members Genesis.”

Adore is a company created by Hive in 2021 with a capital investment of 16.1 billion won. New Jeans enjoyed massive publicity at the start of their debut as a younger sister group to ‘BTS’.

Not only BTS ARMY (fandom name) but also fandoms like Aillet, Tours, and Rise are angry about CEO Min’s copycat comments.
