The funeral of Hee-cheol Kim, father of Hyeong-jun Kim and Director of the esteemed Next Generation Semiconductor Research Institute at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), took place at Room 12 in St. Hospital’s funeral hall in Seoul. The solemn ceremony commenced at 7 o’clock in the morning on the 18th of September. The burial site has been designated as the Xi’an Memorial Park.
