The Saudi national team announced that Al Hilal defender Saud Abdul Hamid has left his camp currently in preparation for facing Tajikistan next Tuesday in the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup and the 2027 Asian Cup finals.
Al-Akhdar defeated Tajikistan with a goal from Salem Al-Dosari last Thursday at Al-Awal Park Stadium in Riyadh, and will face them in the fourth round of qualifiers the day after tomorrow, Tuesday, in Tashkent.

The national team’s account did not clarify the full-back’s position on traveling to Tashkent and facing Tajikistan, as the date of his return to camp was not announced.
This morning, Al-Akhdar excluded Al-Hilal midfielder, Nasser Al-Dosari, from the camp because he suffered from an injury to the anterior thigh muscle that requires treatment and rehabilitation for approximately 10 days.
