The basketball club /KK/ “Jahorina” is the new champion of Republika Srpska after beating the team “Budućnosti” from Bijeljina tonight in Pale.

KK “Jahorina” won 82:62 in the third match of the finals of the First League of Republika Srpska and won a place in the BiH League.

The president of KK “Jahorina” Nedeljko Elek expressed his satisfaction with this success.

“We said at the beginning of the season that we would be champions. We will be one of the best clubs in the Premier League,” said Elek.

The Mayor of Pale Boško Jugović thanked everyone who believed in KK “Jahorina”.

“We wanted to bring the audience back to the beautiful “Peki” hall and we succeeded. We restored faith in sport,” said Jugović.
