Talk Show and Parent-Child Judo Experience Event
While the excitement of the Paris Olympics is still fresh, we will be inviting Mika Sugimoto, a silver medalist in the over 78 kg judo category at the London Olympics, to her hometown of Itami to hold a talk show and parent-child judo experience event.
We spoke to Sugimoto, who is currently the mother of a one-year-old child, about what she thinks is important when raising a child and what she has learned through judo. In addition, you can experience judo on the tatami mat, where you will get to experience the joy of moving your body and the interactive experience between parents and children.

Mika Sugimoto’s Favorite Onigiri Rice Balls Now on Sale!
The rice balls, created in collaboration with Sugimoto’s hometown of Aeon Style Itami, will be sold for a limited time at all 85 Aeon and Aeon Style stores in the Kinki region (two prefectures and four cities).
The sales floor for this product features photos of Sugimoto and his hometown. In addition to displaying pop-up advertisements introducing the product, Aeon Style Itami will be giving away original stickers to customers who purchase products.
