The communication failure that occurred on Rakuten Mobile from around 13:00 today (September 11th) was restored around 17:30. Rakuten Mobile revealed.
Due to this communication failure, it was difficult for some users to use data communication and Rakuten Mobile applications. In addition, VoLTE call was able to be used without any problem.
The company describes the cause of the failure as a “system failure.”
