Chinese smartphone maker Realme has launched its latest entry-level 5G smartphone “Realme C65 5G”.
“Realme C65 5G” is the first smartphone based on Dimensity 6300 5G. The recently announced Dimensity 6300 by MediaTek is the successor to the Dimensity 6100+ and is manufactured using the TSMC 6-nano process. It features a 10% performance improvement over the previous product as it features a Cortex-A76 CPU core overclocked to 2.4GHz.
It features a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage expandable up to 2TB, and there is a fingerprint sensor on the side digital.
It features an 8MP camera on the front and a dual camera, including a 50MP primary camera, on the rear. The 5000mAh battery supports 15W charging, has an IP54 rating for splash resistance, and supports a 3.5mm audio jack.
The OS runs on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 and comes with two years of Android OS updates and three years of security updates. “Realme C65 5G” is released in 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB, and 6GB+128GB versions, and the price starts at 10,499 rupees (about 170,000 won) for the basic version.
