Respawn Entertainment is also making a single FPS with the Apex Legends universe?

EA’s Respawn Entertainment is one of the busiest studios these days.

The recently announced Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is being developed, and the Star Wars project of FPS and strategy games is in progress in collaboration with other studios.

In addition, Apex Legends, which are currently being serviced live, are also steadily working.

Recently, Apex Legends is still showing steady popularity among battle royale games, and rumors from insiders are being posted that hidden work related to Apex Legends is in progress.

According to an insider named Leaks, Respawn Entertainment is working on a first-person shooter with a focus on style and mobility, claiming that the game utilizes the Apex Legends universe and includes singleplayer.

As a basis for this comment, in a developer job posting posted by Respawn recently, it was recruiting people to join the Apex Universe FPS incubation, and it was also mentioned here that it is a single-player title.

In fact, since Apex Legends brought the worldview of the Titanfall series, the representative work of Respawn Entertainment, it means that it may be a new FPS that utilizes the Titanfall worldview.

However, Respawn Entertainment did not reveal its intention to develop the third installment, stating that the sequel after Titanfall 2 still utilizes the worldview, but Titanfall 3 will be difficult to find soon.

It seems that it will take a long time to wait until the rumors become true and what kind of games will appear, considering the amount of work of the recent respawn.
