This book is written by INORAN, who is extremely picky about what he likes, both food and music, and is based on the concept of “What if I opened a restaurant…?” It is a book that covers a variety of recipes from breakfast to late night snacks to desserts.
You can also enjoy the unprecedented visuals of INORAN himself dressed as a chef and sommelier.
Replacing his guitar with a frying pan and a knife, he creates a variety of dishes packed with his passion for food, from the classics to the curveballs, all of which look delicious and are sure to make anyone want to make them.

He started his career as a guitarist for LUNA SEA in 1989 and made his major debut in 1992.
Their third single “ROSIER” released in 1994 debuted at number 3 on Oricon and became a long hit. Since then, the band has released a number of hit singles, but the band ended in 2001.
After restarting in 2009, he has continued his energetic activities to this day.
INORAN’s unique guitar style, which goes beyond so-called side guitar, has had a great influence on later guitarists, and his unique style, including his signature arpeggio playing style, has received praise from many quarters. .
His career as a solo artist, which began in 1997 with the release of his first single “Omoi,” has spanned over 25 years, and he has released a total of 15 original albums to date.
From rock to electro music, the sound created by his flexible musicality and unique sense, which is not bound by genre, is widely praised not only by LUNA SEA fans.
In addition to his solo activities, he has a wide range of projects including Tourbillon, which he formed with RYUICHI (LUNA SEA) and H.Hayama in 2005, and Muddy Apes, a multinational band he formed with FEEDER bassist TAKA HIROSE in 2012. We are actively expanding our activities.
In 2010, he signed an endorsement contract with Fender, and has released many signature models so far.
He has the qualification of “Tequila Maestro” and in 2015 and 2016, he released a limited edition bottle “PATRON Barrel Select INORAN Bottle” produced by himself. In 2017, he was also appointed as a “Tequila PR Ambassador.”
On September 29, 2024, he launched his first apparel brand, “Four Hydrangea.”
In addition to “Four Hydrangea”, he has opened an online select shop “the 9 closet s” that sells products selected based on his own sensibilities. He is expanding his activities beyond music activities.
