Samsung Electronics’ low-end smartphone ‘Galaxy M01 (model number SM-M015G)’ in the 100,000 won range is receiving Android 12 update in India.
The updated firmware version is M015GXXU4CVF6 and includes the June security patch. Also, Android 12-based OneUI version 4.1 is provided.
However, the One UI provided in the Galaxy M01 lacks some of the functions provided by high-end smartphones.
The Galaxy M01 was released in June 2020 with the Android 10 operating system (OS). This is the last major OS upgrade, but security updates will continue to be provided.
