Name type, unsent, unsecured, and with debenture holder representative, 4 years, fixed interest rate 3.50% per annum, offering value not exceeding 4,000 million baht, and additional reserve debentures worth not more than 1,000 million baht, with interest payment every 3 months. SCGP issued this debenture with the purpose of using the money to repay the loan. for the Company’s investment and/or as working capital for general business operations. As well as being able to create innovations and packaging solutions to meet the needs and increase the convenience of life for consumers.
The offering of such debentures will be divided into 2 phases, the first phase, from November 22 – 24, will give the right to subscribe to general investors who are not institutional investors. namely the existing debenture holder of SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (all series) and/or the debenture holder of the Siam Cement Public Company Limited (all series) and/or the debenture holder of SCG Chemicals Public Company Limited (all shares) subject to the conditions specified in the prospectus and the second period is offered between 28 – 30 November to general investors who are not institutional investors 2 sessions can be subscribed for a minimum of 1,000,000 baht, multiplied by 100,000 baht per time
