Some Pixel 6 models, ‘fingerprint sensor’ working after installing Android 14 Beta 3

It is known that in the latest beta update of Android 14 released by Google, a bug in which the fingerprint sensor does not work occurs in some Pixel models.

According to foreign media, there are reports in various communities such as Reddit, Twitter, and Google Issue Tracker that several Pixel users are installing the Android 14 Beta 3 update, the fingerprint sensor is not available, and problems do not recognize Android .

Fingerprint sensor bugs are mostly believed to occur on the Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, and Pixel 6a. However, not all Pixel 6 series are affected. The exact cause has not been confirmed, but a factory reset and rollback to a pre-beta version is known to fix the problem.

Google has yet to comment on the issue, but Pixel 6 users are advised not to install the latest beta release for now.
