[Reuters, Seoul 28th]–South Korea has decided to tighten export restrictions to ban the export of strategic goods to Russia. It also imposes financial sanctions to exclude some Russian banks from the Bank for International Settlements (SWIFT), which is an international settlement network, in cooperation with Western countries.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on the 28th.
