Morinaga Milk Industry Partners with Chef Akari Hasegawa to Promote Craft Parmesan Cheese
Morinaga Milk Industry is launching an initiative to expand the ways to enjoy Craft Parmesan Cheese, with chef Akari Hasegawa as its ambassador from October 2024. While Craft Parmesan Cheese is a long-selling product, it was found that about 85% of people incorporate it into their meals as a topping for pasta, and they have the impression that its uses are limited.
Hasegawa, who is also a heavy user of Craft Parmesan Cheese, will share various ways to use it through her original recipes. Her recipes are characterized by their simplicity that makes them “easy to eat” and their stylishness that somehow lifts your spirits.
Background of the Appointment of the Ambassador
The collaboration with Hasegawa started with a tie-up initiative to introduce recipes on the Instagram account of “Nordic, Living Tools Store” operated by Classicom Co., Ltd. in the fall of 2023.
