Alif Mahmud, the organizing secretary of the student union university parliament, said in the rally, “The accused teacher Mahmudur Rahman Jani has turned the university into a breeding ground for misdeeds with his misdeeds.” He clearly violated the law. Kanoj Kanti Roy, General Secretary of Jabi Branch Student Front, said, ‘I do not understand why a teacher associated with women oppression, academic scandal can stay on the campus with impunity. I was afraid of the initial fact-checking committee in the investigation because they were party people. Condemn this farcical investigation.’
