Tell me: Kuwaiti artist Meshal Al-Kamlas had his leg amputated

Khabarni – Kuwaiti artist Meshal Al-Kamlas, 50, had his left leg amputated as his condition worsened as a result of gangrene.

Al-Kamlas appeared in a hospital bed after the operation, where he explained that the doctors had to amputate his leg as his injuries worsened. Kuwaiti journalist Nayef Al-Shamari shared a video clip of the artist explaining the details of his injuries to his fans.

Al-Kamlas suffered from diabetes for many years, and underwent multiple treatments and surgeries before surprising his fans with the news that his leg was amputated.

Al-Kamlas was born in 1974. He is a professor at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts besides participating in directing many serials, films and plays.
