By virtue of Section 6, paragraph one of the Hospital Act, B.E. 2541 (1998) and Section 33/1 of the Hospital Act, B.E. 2541 (1998) as amended by the Hospital Act (No. 4) B.E. 2559, the Minister Minister of Health by advice of the hospital committee therefore issued an announcement as follows:

Article 1 This announcement is called “Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Prescribing Emergency Patients Dangerous communicable diseases according to the law on communicable diseases In the case of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) (No. 3)”

Article 2 This notification shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.

Article 3 The provisions of Article 3 of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Prescription of Emergency Patients shall be repealed.
