Woori Bank’s ‘WON Concierge’ dedicated customers from 1.8 million to 4 million – Electronic Times

Woori Bank (President Lee Won-deok) announced on the 6th that it will expand the number of customers in charge of the ‘WON Concierge Service’ from 1.8 million to 4 million in order to respond to the growing demand for non-face-to-face services and provide the same level of comprehensive counseling services as face-to-face channels.

The WON concierge service selects customers with high demand for non-face-to-face transactions and provides one-to-one customized management. Consultation is available until 17:00.

Woori Bank will hold a lucky draw lottery event until the 31st for customers who are additionally selected for the WON concierge service. If additionally selected exclusive customers apply for the gift recommendation event, CJ Mobile gift certificates, Starbucks gift cards, and Happy Point mobile coupons will be provided to a total of 9,100 people by lot.

A Woori Bank official said, “Thanks to the favorable response from our existing concierge customers, we have increased our number of managed customers.”
