A person who chased a naked woman above the Chuseok vacation has been arrested by the police.
The Seoul Guro Law enforcement Station arrested a male in his 30s on charges of obscenity.
The person caught a lady in her 20s bare on a avenue in Guro-gu, Seoul at close to 3:15 am the working day just before (the 9th).
He is accused of chasing right after him.
