On the 13th (local time), local media such as Yeni Shapak reported that a ride called ‘Minimax’ was separated from the Ataturk amusement park in southwestern Antalya around 2:45 pm on the 11th and fell to the ground upside down.

Three 11-year-old children were injured in the accident.

There are not many cases of falling rides that lead to death, but in this accident, it is presumed that children were not seriously injured as they fell while sitting on a seat equipped with a safety device.

Accidents The children said they hung upside down inside the balloon and waited until the firefighters arrived.

Police and firefighters rushed to the scene immediately, and the children were removed from the rig using iron-cutting scissors. The children were taken to the hospital after first aid.
