Mozzarella cheese

Cheddar cheese
Cheddar cheese, with its beautiful yellow colour, is characterized by its tasty taste and soft texture. Cheddar cheese is rich in protein and fat, as well as calcium and vitamins A and D. It is also rich in vitamin K2, which prevents calcium from building up in the arteries surrounding the heart, helping to prevent cardiovascular disease. Cheddar cheese can be used in sandwiches, gratins, pizza, etc. and adds a savory taste to dishes.

The cause of this smell is blue mold, and as the cheese ripens, the blue mold spreads like a marble pattern. Ricotta
Ricotta is an Italian cheese made from whey, a light yellow liquid released during cheese making. It is characterized by a soft texture and has a relatively low fat content compared to other cheeses. Ricotta can easily be prepared at home. Mix milk and fresh cream in a 2:1 ratio, add salt and boil over high heat. If you see bubbles on the edges, add a little lemon juice, mix lightly, leave at room temperature, filter with a cotton cloth and press well to drain. Then store it in the refrigerator for about a day and then consume it.
