A driver in the United States recognized the signal for a rescue call from a teenage girl and rescued him.

On the afternoon of the 6th (local time), NBC News and others reported that a driver, passing by a highway in Kentucky, USA, witnessed the hand signal of a 16-year-old girl in a silver Toyota vehicle on the afternoon of the 4th.

The driver noticed this and reported it immediately, and James Herbert Brick, who kidnapped the girl, was arrested.

Earlier, the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office received a report from a driver that a girl had sent a hand signal that meant ‘domestic violence’ and ‘call for help.’

The hand signal sent by the girl is a gesture of clenching a fist by folding the thumb with the palm of the hand, then wrapping the thumb with the rest of the fingers.

Investigation revealed that the girl had already been reported missing in North Carolina on the morning of the 2nd.

He is currently charged with illegal confinement and possession of objects depicting sexual acts by minors, and is incarcerated at the Laurel County Correctional Center.
