■What is the “Explanation of Case Laws” course?

The case law explanation course is video content in which a lawyer explains case law in about 15 minutes. Through this course, corporate legal personnel will be able to acquire legal responses that should be kept in mind in practice based on actual disputes and legal opinions.

Legal personnel research laws and guidelines and consider the company’s views and response policies when proceeding with legal consultations and contract review/preparation cases received from business divisions. In addition, when responding to a case to a business division, we refer to actual court precedents to understand how the provisions of laws and guidelines are treated, so that we can convey the rationale as well.

However, reading precedents is not easy, and it takes time and a certain amount of knowledge to understand the facts of the dispute and the court’s legal opinion. As a result, issues such as it taking time to respond to business departments, not being able to take care of other tasks, and business being strained, have been raised.

In addition to these issues, we have also received requests from users for explanations of legal precedents, so we decided to provide a video course in which lawyers explain legal precedents in an easy-to-understand manner in 15 minutes.
