Samsung Electronics to hold ‘Unpack’ laptop next month… ‘Book 3 Ultra’ set to debut

Samsung Electronics is expected to unveil a new premium notebook ‘Galaxy Book 3 Ultra’ at the ‘Galaxy Unpack’ event to be held early next month. It appears that it will focus its efforts on achieving profitability by increasing the premium notebook line.

According to related industries on the 15th, Samsung Electronics is expected to introduce the latest laptop series ‘Galaxy Book 3’ along with the new smartphone ‘Galaxy S23’ at ‘Samsung Galaxy Unpack 2023’ to be held in San Francisco on the 1st of the next. month (local time). Domestic and foreign IT media outlets, bloggers, and YouTubers predicted that Samsung Electronics would unveil the ‘Galaxy Book 3 Ultra’ for the first time at this Unpacked event.

SamMobile, a tech media outlet familiar with Samsung Electronics, announced the release of the Galaxy Book 3 series and chose the Dell XPS 15 and Apple MacBook Pro as comparison targets for the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra. Sammobile predicted that “the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra will be lighter than the (rival model) Dell XPS 15 and MacBook Pro,” while assuming that “many details are unknown.”

The Galaxy Book 3 series is expected to have the 13th generation core processor for personal computers released by Intel last year. Among them, the flagship product Intel Core i9-13900K is a processor that can process 32 tasks simultaneously with up to 24 cores.

IT media The Tech Outlook, which unveiled the promotional image of the Galaxy Book 3 series for the first time, also expected to install a 15.6-16-inch highly active organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) display. In addition, foreign media added that a webcam that can use the Windows Hello authentication system, a dedicated graphics processing unit (GPU), and a high-capacity battery will be installed.
