College students blockaded Neelkhet intersection in protest of being expelled from the corridor
College students of the Authorities Faculty of Utilized Human Science blocked the Neelkhet intersection of the capital to protest in opposition to the expulsion of the overall college students from the corridor by placing ‘political tags’ on them and demanding the principal’s resignation.
On Sunday (August 18) round 4:00pm, the scholars began to protest. It stopped the site visitors at Nilkhet junction.
The scholars complained that they have been residing within the political room of the corridor. They have been compelled to go to completely different BCL programmes. Now the school administration has requested these college students to go away the corridor. In order that they have been compelled to dam the street.
Priyanka, one of many college students who took half within the motion, stated, ‘We used to dwell within the political room. Chhatra League leaders coordinated with the school administration and took cash from us. Even when we did not do politics, we have been compelled to take part in political applications. Now we’re requested to go away the corridor with the political tag. We did not do politics. Why do we’ve got to go away the corridor?.’
