Dubai: Those living in Dubai are advised to register the details of their companions. The Dubai Land Department has issued guidance regarding this. Two weeks have been earmarked for this. Registration can be completed through the Dubai REST app.
Building owners, tenants, property management companies and developers are required to register. Enter personal details and Emirates ID. Once you are registered you can update again. It should be updated as the contract is renewed.
After opening the Dubai Rest app, select the Individual section. You can log in using a UAE token. You can choose where your property is on the dashboard. In the ‘Add More’ section, everyone’s name and information can be added. Those who live as a family should add the names of the family members. Names can be deleted later.
