Materials
1. 6 pieces of chicken leg
2. Salt and pepper powder in quantity
3. 6 pieces of garlic paste
4. Honey is less than half a cup
5. A little white vinegar
6. One tablespoon of soy sauce
method
First, marinate the chickens with salt, pepper and garlic paste for an hour. Then heat a pan, deep fry the chickens in it. Fry until golden.
Turn the chicken pieces every 5 minutes. Then keep the meat aside. In the same pot, mix the garlic paste with half a cup of water, vinegar, soy sauce and honey and cook on a medium heat for 4 minutes until it has thickened.
Keep it covered for a while to cook the chicken. When the chicken is cooked and the gravy thickens, switch off the flame. Spicy honey garlic chicken with fried rice or plain rice, bread with coriander or parsley leaves.
