A show cause notice (show cause notice) has been issued to the owner of the Hajj agency concerned for finding Zorda in the luggage of Hajj pilgrims while traveling to Saudi Arabia.
On Thursday (May 25), the Ministry of Religious Affairs issued this notice to the owner of Hajj License No. 0268, a private Hajj management agency Lucky Travels and Tourism.
According to the notice, the baggage of pilgrims traveling through your agency was found to be Zorda during immigration on May 23 during the Bangladesh phase, which is prohibited to carry.

Such activities are an obstacle to proper Hajj management. Therefore, the notice requested to submit the answer to the ministry within three days as to why administrative action will not be taken as per section 13 of the ‘Hajj and Umrah Management Act, 2021’.
The Holy Hajj will be held on June 27 subject to sighting of the moon. The flight of pilgrims to Saudi Arabia started on May 21. The last flight to Saudi Arabia is on June 22. On the other hand, after Hajj, the return flight will start on July 2. The return flight of pilgrims will end on August 2.

According to the Hajj portal of the Ministry of Religion, 15 thousand 29 pilgrims have reached Saudi Arabia. There are 4 thousand 564 people from government management and 10 thousand 465 people from private management among the pilgrims going to Saudi Arabia.
