By virtue of the regulations issued under Article 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. 2548 (No. 15), Article 3, and the Prime Minister’s Order No. 4/2020 dated 25 March B.E. 1. If anyone violates or does not comply with this announcement shall be punished under Section 18 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. 2548, imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine not exceeding forty thousand baht or both

In the event that a new ordinance is issued under the provisions of Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. say
