On 29 Oct. 64, the Government Gazette website published the announcement of the Chief Responsible for Resolving the Emergency Situation in respect of security concerning the prohibition of gatherings, activities, and mingling that caused the epidemic of infectious diseases. As the Government has issued the requirements under Article 9 of the Emergency Decree B.E. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) No. 18/2564 dated October 21, 2021, Subject: Tourism Pilot Area. According to the requirements issued under Article 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. It was agreed that tourism pilot areas should be opened to allow more tourists to travel from abroad. This will benefit the economy and employment as a whole of the country.
Although in the past, the overview of the epidemic situation of COVID-19 In Thailand, the trend continues to improve. The health department can control and limit the area of the epidemic. Including the government has prepared by cooperating with the countries of origin. and integrate the work of competent officials and practitioners in all sectors in defining supporting measures for the continuous and systematic implementation of the measures under the emergency declaration, along with the formulation of public health measures to prevent epidemic keep people safe as well as to build confidence for foreign tourists and the public to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within the country, which will result in economic and social movements that can be carried out in tandem with effective public health measures
By virtue of the regulations issued under Article 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. 2548 (No. 15), Article 3, and the Prime Minister’s Order No. 4/2020 dated 25 March B.E. Operations Director Responsible Chiefs and Competent Officers in Resolving Emergency Situations Article 3 (6) and related requirements, orders, announcements Therefore, do as follows:
1. Cancel the announcement of the Chief Responsible for Resolving the Emergency Situation in respect of security concerning the prohibition of gatherings, activities, and gatherings that cause the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) ( No. 11) dated 30 September 2021, and announced the Chief Responsible for Resolving the Emergency Situation in respect of security concerning the prohibition of gatherings, activities, and mingling that contribute to the epidemic of infectious diseases. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) No. 12 dated October 18, 2021
2. It is forbidden to mix together in such a way that there is a risk of spreading disease. or an act of taking advantage of opportunities to aggravate the suffering of the people or bullying to spread disease anywhere throughout the Kingdom
3. It is forbidden to hold gatherings. or doing activities that have a risk of spreading disease In areas where notices or directives are defined as the highest and strictest areas of control maximum control area control area high surveillance area surveillance area except in the case of permission from the competent official or exempt activities By doing so in accordance with the Regulations (No. 30) dated 1 August B.E. 2021 and the Regulations (No. 35) dated 15 October B.E. 2021

4. Regarding integrated control measures for tourism pilot areas, it shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulation (No. 36) dated 21 October B.E. 2021.
If anyone violates or does not comply with this announcement shall be punished under Section 18 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. 2548, imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine not exceeding forty thousand baht or both
In the event that a new ordinance is issued under the provisions of Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. say
